What to include in every quote
- Stitch count — this is the input the customer will use if they compare quotes.
- Digitizing status — new digitizing needed, or file exists?
- File ownership — spell out whether the customer gets the .DST/.EMB file.
- Turnaround — from art approval, not from quote acceptance.
- Rush terms — what triggers a rush fee and how much.
- Sample approval — do you require a signed sample before production?
- Quote expiry — 30 days is standard.
